Tactical Diesel Performance

I’ve been a customer of tactical diesel for a while now . Juan and his team are A+ mechanics and always more than capable to problem solve on the go. We service a couple of our company truck there regularly. The last truck in for regular maintenance but a problem came up . Juan and his team know that we depend on these vehicles to make money. He went out of his way and drove over an hour to get the parts I needed to get the job finished . Even on top of going out of his way to get me the parts same day he also stayed until 8:30 pm to complete the job so we don’t lose a day without this truck. The truck hasn’t drove this good in over 200k miles . It’s almost like a new ride . If you want fair , knowledgeable people to complete your repairs tactical diesel is the right choice.

First my truck was at a Dodge/Ram dealership for almost 2 months and they made multiple, so called, repairs and still never fixed the problem. Within 1 day at Tactical Diesel, Juan was able to fix the issue. He is very knowledgeable about everything dealing with these diesel trucks and he “over” explained the issues and the process to make the repairs. I highly recommend doing business there. (I also live a hour away, but it was well worth the drive)

Tactical Diesel is a wonderful shop. High quality, professional, skillful, knowledgeable repair work. Also outstanding customer service. Friendly, personable and passionate people work there. Family atmosphere. Very in-depth knowledge and experience with the Powerstroke they repaired for me. And they also had a variety of other makes having work performed upon them. They did far more then diesel repair for me. All aspects of maintenance and repair. As well as extensive performance and custom fabrication work. Honest and extremely fair. Juan took plenty of time to explain their findings in detail. Prioritized every item. Fantastic shop ware system. I was provided detailed reports, options, explanations, ability to approve or disprove lone items via my mobile device and payment options. I will be a returning customer, I hope you become one too!
